Is your exhaust broken, blowing or failed its MOT due to emissions? Most exhaust systems are made from mild steel and with the damp weather in the UK and also salt added to the road in the winter months this will then corrode the exhaust system, also if you only use your vehicle for short journeys and your exhaust does not get up to full temp then this can cause condensation on the inside and also cause corrosion from the inside out.

We can supply and fit standard exhaust systems from just a back box to a full exhaust including catalytic converters.
Sometimes exhaust brackets and hangers can become detached due to corrosion and when your exhaust is still in perfect working order we can make and weld new hangers on to save you the cost of replacing your exhaust.

Exhaust flexi or exhaust flexible joints, all cars have them and they allow the middle section and rear section of the exhaust system to stay more fixed and stable while the engine moves backward forward under acceleration or deceleration, over time these joint breaks due to the constant movement, and start to blow and if situated before any sensors or other components can cause engine running fault or damage to the exhaust. Because of the way they are made these joints can't be repaired and need to be replaced. Most of these flexible joints are connected to the catalytic converters of DPF and they can get very expensive to replace, this is where we can help. We can replace just your flexi joint for you, weld a new stainless-steel joint in its place without the need to change the whole DPF or catalytic converter. If your flexible joint is blowing, we can advise you on the cheapest and best way to replace it!!
